FAQs

What is your cancellation/refund policy? 

As a small business we do not accept accept cancellations or refund requests. We will only provide a refund when a product is damaged or faulty and you must send proof of damaged item within 24 hours of receiving it. 

 

How do I know what size to order? 

Please refer to our size guide provided with every bandana design. Always measure your doggie's neck before ordering. Because our items are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. When in doubt, order a larger sized bandana and you can always tie a bigger knot. If you are ever unsure or in between sizes, we are always happy to help answer any questions! 

 

Do you accept returns? 

Unfortunately, no. Because our items are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns. However, in the rare case that you receive an item that has been damaged, you can contact us via email and we will be happy to help! 

 

What is your exchange policy? 

All exchanges must be done within 48 hours or receiving your package. Product cannot be worn or damaged. You will be responsible for all shipping fees.

 

Why doesn't my product look identical to the one on the website? 

All of our items are handmade to orders. This means each product is unique and no two products will ever look exactly the same. Products might have slightly differences in the placement of patterns and designs due to the way our fabric is cut. 

 


Can I wash my bandanas and products? 

We recommend spot cleaning our products to get out small stains and dirt. We recommend hand washing our bandanas and clothes and never iron directly on any personalization or add on. 

Bandanas may wrinkle after wear, please iron gently if needed. 

 

Can I use more than one coupon code? 

No, you may only use one coupon code at a time! 

 

Can you send me free products in exchange for promotion?

Unfortunately, no. We get this question a lot and as a small business, we cannot afford to send out free products. However, you can always reach out to us for any available brand ambassador opportunities and receive a small discount.

 

Can you participate in my giveaway?

As much as we'd love to participate in everyone's giveaways we simply cannot afford to, but please reach out to us via Instagram or Email and we will consider it.
