Please note that once you approve a design/proof of editing, we are no longer responsible for any design errors! Once orders are shipped, Doggie Essentials is no longer responsible for lost or misplaced items. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as you receive it and we will be glad to help you!
