Useful Resources for Dog Parents

Kong toys are a great way of keeping your dog busy and interested in their food and treats. It doesn't always have to be something fancy or too rich. Some ideas I use for my dog's Kong:  - Mix of plain yogurt and honey. - Mix of plain yogurt and peanut butter.  - Mix of plain yogurt and pumpkin puree.  - Mix your dogs dry food with some water and let it sit. As dog parents we all worry that our fur babies will develop separation anxiety especially once we go back to our normal lives post Covid-19. Learn how to prevent separation anxiety and start working on it earlier on. Some things that have worked for me are: -Ignoring my puppy whenever I leave the house. Don't make a big deal about it and just walk out of the door.  - Leaving a fun toy, bully sticks, kong with something yummy, lick pad, etc in her crate to keep her busy while I'm gone.  - Leaving a shirt or piece of clothing...
